Strategically pricing your property

Homes priced right sell faster, and for more money. We arrive at price together by reading the live market, not by working backward from a number we’d like to see.

Our Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) draws on recent comparable sales, active inventory, pending transactions, and absorption data within your immediate submarket. The output is a defensible price range with a recommended list price and a clear strategy for the first two weeks on market.
