Realatrends Real Estate is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard most widely referenced for the public web, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.

What we have done

Recent improvements to realatrends.com include visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields; larger touch targets on menus and interactive controls; descriptive alternative text on property and page images; color and contrast adjustments so text stays legible; and layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops. Our contact and lead forms are labeled for screen readers, and long data tables reflow into a readable stacked format on small screens.

Known limitations

Parts of our property search and map features are provided by third-party services, including our IDX listing platform. We do not fully control the code those services render, so some of that content may not yet meet the same standard as the rest of the site. Where a third-party tool creates a barrier, we will help you get the same information another way.
