A few years ago, this home was completely gutted and rebuilt to a standard usually only associated with multi-million dollar homes. Everything above the slab including electrical, plumbing, gas lines, forced air ducting and roof were installed. All windows were replaced with the most expensive Anderson double pane windows. The inside of the home boosts too many details to list. Some of the features are Italian stone floors with grout less joints. All cabinetry was hand built on site. Many cabinets feature double hand mortised wooden pegs; a costly, time consuming process. Granite counter tops were created from natural stone, quarried in Italy, color matched at each joint. The walls in the home are covered in hand troweled terra cotta, so there is no paint in the home other than the master shower ceiling. The hardware on all doors is cast solid bronze. While the home has an old world feel, the kitchen is completely updated with stainless Wolf stove and oven, Sub Zero refrigerator and Bosch low noise dishwasher; both of which are hidden behind antiqued panels.
