Monarch Hills Condos is the MLS name for a condominium community on Corniche Drive in Dana Point's Monarch Beach area, off Ritz Pointe Drive near Niguel Road and Camino del Avion, in ZIP 92629. The buildings date from 1989, and most units have about 800 to 1,200 square feet. About a third of the units sold through the MLS record a view.
Salt Creek Beach, a public beach, lies downhill toward the coast.
